new year's resolution...belated

so, my new year's resolution was to journal at least once a day. it's almost june and i haven't done it even once. so many times in these days there have been things i've wanted to remember and capture on paper...but haven't. becket is still in our room at nights so my vision of writing things down before bed have been squashed. this will have to do for now. and hopefully i can get on here to do it. life seems so busy right now....and i'm running on empty.

i hope i never forget the way madelyn giggled and screamed when mitch swung her so high on the swing...and how blaise tried to be brave by saying 'no hands', like we taught him, and letting go of the chains for 2.7 seconds. and how becket squeals swinging back and forth with the biggest smile between his chubby cheeks. don't forget this.

madelyn's first tball game is tonight. team purple, coached by uncle nic and dad :) she practiced her skills at the park last night and is ready to go! blaise is so excited to cheer her big sister on :) becket almost fell asleep while eating his lunch in his high chair like blaise did. so sweet....so tired. oh how i love my kiddos :)
